Dr. Phillips' office is conveniently located at 8648 Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights OH. Take I-70 to Old Troy Pike, Exit #36. Go north on Old Troy Pike and the practice is just two buildings past the Saturn Car Dealership. The office is in a red brick building on the same side of the street as the car dealership.
The doctors at Upper Valley Dental Center are licensed to perform all listed services as general dentists.
